La Corte Superior Nacional de Justicia Penal Especializada inform\u00f3 con profundo pesar el fallecimiento del juez superior y profesor de Derecho, Ramiro Salinas Siccha, destacando su invaluable legado de compromiso y \u00e9tica en el ejercicio de la judicatura. La instituci\u00f3n expres\u00f3 sus m\u00e1s sentidas condolencias a la familia del magistrado, y lo despidi\u00f3 como un verdadero referente del servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El juez Salinas Siccha se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como integrante de la Tercera Sala Penal de Apelaciones Nacional de dicha Corte, antes de retornar a la Corte Superior de Justicia de Lima, su plaza de origen. Tras su salida, recibi\u00f3 un reconocimiento institucional que destac\u00f3 su honestidad, rectitud, responsabilidad y firme defensa de la democracia.
