La Corte Suprema de Justicia revoc\u00f3 el mandato de\u00a0comparecencia con restricciones<\/a>\u00a0contra\u00a0Elizabeth Peralta Santur<\/strong>, suspendida fiscal investigada por presunta corrupci\u00f3n e impuso una orden de\u00a0prisi\u00f3n preventiva<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0por 18 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El juez supremo Gustavo \u00c1lvarez Trujillo, quien evalu\u00f3 el requerimiento el lunes 2 de diciembre, tuvo la responsabilidad de dirimir el empate que surgi\u00f3 en la Sala Penal Permanente sobre la solicitud fiscal, ello luego que los magistrados no llegaran a un acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los jueces Norma Carbajal, Mar\u00eda Altab\u00e1s y Sa\u00fal Pe\u00f1a Farf\u00e1n<\/a> respaldaron el pedido, mientras que sus colegas Manuel Luj\u00e1n, C\u00e9sar San Mart\u00edn e Iv\u00e1n Sequeiros se inclinaron por mantener la comparecencia con restricciones<\/a>; por ello, se convoc\u00f3 al juez \u00c1lvarez Trujillo, quien finalmente inclin\u00f3 la balanza hacia la medida coercitiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peralta es investigada por presuntos delitos de tr\u00e1fico de influencias<\/strong><\/a> and cohecho activo espec\u00edfico<\/strong><\/a>.
