Asimismo, es <strong>docente contratado de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de San Mart\u00edn de Porres (USMP)<\/strong>. Cuenta con amplia experiencia en investigaci\u00f3n penal, direcci\u00f3n de diligencias preliminares, formulaci\u00f3n de requerimientos fiscales y litigaci\u00f3n en el proceso penal. En el ejercicio de la funci\u00f3n fiscal ha intervenido en investigaciones de especial relevancia y complejidad, entre ellas el denominado <strong>\u201ccaso b\u00fanker de Ate\u201d<\/strong>, en el que particip\u00f3 en las diligencias que dieron lugar a la imposici\u00f3n de prisi\u00f3n preventiva contra 35 investigados.
