Andrés Hurtado was arrested on a preliminary by the Police in a clinic in Lima, as part of the investigation for allegedly having received a million dollars to manage the return of a lot of gold to Javier Miu Lei.
The operating was in charge of the Division of Investigation of crimes of High Complexity (Diviac), in a structured work with the Orion-Dirando, reported to the Public Ministry.
"Second Supreme prosecutors' Office Transitional Specializing in Crimes Committed by Public Officials and staff PNP DIVIAC proceeded with the arrest of Andrés Hurtado Degrees, within the process that we follow for alleged influence-peddling and bribery asset," reads the announcement.

In this regard, the lawyer of ‘Chibolín’ ensured that the capture was due to the data provided during the interview which gave Pan-american highway.
