The National supervisory Authority of the Judiciary (ANC-PJ) reported that opened an administrative proceeding discipline to the president of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, María Delfina Vidal La Rosa Sánchez.

The institution is also referred to on the complaint journalistic against superior court judge of the Superior Court of Justice of Lima, Paola Valdivia Sanchez, for their alleged relationships extraprocesales with Hurtado Degrees.
